In the vineyard
Wine does not come from one big idea. It is the result of countless small moments and careful steps – day after day.
In the vineyard, it’s about acting mindfully: not controlling everything, but doing the right thing at the right time. Precise & thoughtful.
Every action contributes to bringing our vines into balance: gentle pruning, targeted sowing, careful leaf removal – and plenty of handcraft.
What we do today in the vineyard shapes what ends up in the glass tomorrow – and what the next generation will find.
In the cellar
No forcing – that’s our principle. The grapes are handled gently – without pumps and above all: without recipes. Our wines remain on the lees for as long as they need. Many mature in wooden barrels. All take the time they need. We avoid fining and keep sulphur use deliberately low – only as much as necessary.
Because in the end, an honest wine should emerge and show its very own character: its quality, its origin – and how it has evolved on its own.
