Harvest: Manual harvest end of August

Vinification: The grapes are lightly pressed and the must fermented spontaneosly in used oak barrels.
Aged on the yeast for 6 months in used oak tonneau. Bottled in march 2026.

Great with pizzas and tapas in all variations, as well as grilled vegetables.

Serving temperature: 8-10 °C
